About Me

My name is Ethan Fligge.

Early on I struggled in elementary school, and continued to do so through middle school.  I was surrounded by students, and unfortunately some teachers told me I would never amount to anything.  Although this upset me a lot, as I got older it drove me to want to prove them wrong.  I realized the harder I worked and studied, the negativity around me continued to go away.  As I studied harder and learned more at school, I soon understood what I was learning translated into valuable work . I started developing my leadership skills, leading projects, training new employees, and most of all excelling at everything I did.  It turned out all of the energy I put into proving people wrong, turned into helping the people around me.  In the process, I had created relationships, but most importantly I led people in the right direction, not only in my work but in school.

Business for me has felt like 2nd nature, I feel like I was born into business, and have been involved in my parents business’ in some way, shape, or form my whole life.  As early as the age of five, I would help my Mother clean, and turnover apartments at our apartment buildings we owned.  At the age of eight, we bought a 6 Bay Manual Car Wash.  I would clean the bays, scrub walls, and occasionally pull money from the machines after school.  Up to then, I was really only doing small tasks here and there.  At age ten, is when I had my first real job.  My family bought a full-service tunnel car wash.  My parents and I all started learning how to run this business together from day one, and it was truly a group effort to keep it running with the small group of employee’s we started out with.  Right away I learned how to prep cars, cashier, and keep up with the daily maintenance of the car wash.  This created the foundation of the work ethic I have today.

Throughout all of my experiences I have learned a tremendous amount. I have developed a fantastic work ethic, leadership skills, and attention to detail. I have learned that in the real world people and relationships are one of the most important things in business.

I want to be in business so that I can continue to build relationships, help people, and lead them. Ultimately, I want to be the Worlds Next Best Businessman!
